Fresh flowers and cakes: same day in Dubai
Every bouquet and cake is prepared fresh on the day of delivery. Because they are perishable, we deliver flowers, cakes and the combos that include them within Dubai only, from Downtown and Dubai Marina to Jumeirah, Deira, Mirdif and Dubai Hills.
Chocolates, teddies and balloons: all seven emirates
Chocolates including Patchi and Ferrero Rocher, teddy bears and balloons deliver the same day in Dubai and within 1 to 2 days across the rest of the UAE.
Choosing a date and time slot
Pick your delivery date and preferred time slot at checkout. Planning ahead for a birthday, anniversary or another occasion? Schedule it in advance and we will deliver on the day you choose. After the 8 PM cut-off, the earliest delivery date is the next day.
Hospitals, offices and hotels
We deliver to homes, offices, hospitals and hotels across Dubai. Please include the ward and room number, company and floor, or hotel and room, together with the recipient phone number, so our driver can hand the gift over in person.
Sending a gift from abroad
You can order from anywhere in the world and we deliver locally in Dubai, with no international shipping and no customs. Dubai is ahead of most time zones, so check your local cut-off on our guides for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, India, Saudi Arabia, Germany and France, or see all countries.

Any delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you place your order. Every order includes a free handwritten gift message.

What is the same-day delivery cut-off in Dubai?
Order before 8:00 PM Dubai time (GST, UTC+4) for same-day delivery anywhere in Dubai. Orders placed after 8 PM are delivered from the next day.
Do you deliver flowers and cakes outside Dubai?
No. Fresh flowers, cakes and combos that include them are perishable, so we deliver them within Dubai only. Chocolates, teddy bears and balloons deliver across all seven emirates.
How long does delivery take to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates?
Chocolates, teddy bears and balloons are delivered within 1 to 2 days to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Yes. Choose your delivery date and preferred time slot at checkout. You can schedule a gift days or weeks in advance for a birthday, anniversary or special date.
Can you deliver to a hospital, office or hotel?
Yes. Add the hospital ward and room number, the company and floor, or the hotel and room in the address, plus the recipient phone number so our driver can reach them.
Can I send a gift to Dubai from another country?
Yes. Order online from anywhere in the world and we hand-deliver locally in Dubai, with no international shipping and no customs.
Can I send flowers if I only have the recipient's phone number?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name and mobile number at checkout, plus whatever you know about the address, such as the area or building. Our driver calls the recipient before delivery to confirm the exact address and a convenient time.
Do you deliver gifts from the UAE to India or other countries?
No. We deliver within the UAE only: the same day in Dubai, and in 1 to 2 days to the other emirates for chocolates, teddy bears and balloons. To send a gift to India or abroad, use a florist based in that country.
