Ordering and delivery
What is the same-day delivery cut-off in Dubai?
Order before 8 PM Dubai time (GST, UTC+4) for same-day delivery anywhere in Dubai. Orders after 8 PM are delivered from the next day.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Yes. Choose your delivery date and a preferred time slot at checkout. You can schedule a gift days or weeks ahead.
Do you deliver flowers to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or other emirates?
Fresh flowers and cakes are delivered within Dubai only because they are perishable. Chocolates, teddy bears and balloons are delivered across all seven emirates within 1 to 2 days.
Can you deliver to a hospital, office or hotel?
Yes. Add the ward and room number, the company and floor, or the hotel and room in the address, together with the recipient phone number.
What if the recipient is not available?
Our driver will call the recipient phone number to arrange the handover. If they cannot be reached, we will try to arrange redelivery. Please check the address and phone number at checkout.
Sending from abroad
Can I send flowers to Dubai from another country?
Yes. Order from anywhere in the world and we hand-deliver locally in Dubai, often the same day. There is no international shipping and no customs.
What time should I order from the UK or USA?
For same-day delivery, order by 4 PM UK time (5 PM in summer) or by 11 AM US Eastern time. See our country guides for other time zones.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are charged in UAE dirhams (AED), and the payment options available today are shown at checkout.
Our gifts
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Every arrangement is made fresh on the day, so individual stems, shades and wrapping may vary slightly. If a flower is unavailable we replace it with one of similar style and equal or greater value.
Do you have eggless or vegan cakes?
Yes. Our eggless cakes collection includes vegan options and is freshly baked for same-day delivery in Dubai.
Can I add chocolates, a teddy or balloons to flowers?
Yes. Most flower products let you tick gift add-ons on the product page, or you can choose a ready-made gift combo.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes. Every order includes a free handwritten gift message. Write it at checkout.
Changes and refunds
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Same-day orders already in preparation may not be changeable.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
How can I track my order?
Use our order tracking page with your order number and billing email. We also email you as your order is processed and completed.
