Sending a gift from the United States to someone in Dubai takes a little planning, because by the time most Americans finish work it is already night in the UAE. The good news: Gift Al Arab delivers locally in Dubai, so there is no international shipping, and you can schedule any date in advance. Whether you are in New York, Houston, Chicago or Los Angeles, your flowers, cake or chocolates arrive hand-delivered in Dubai.

Plan ahead for the big days
US Mother’s Day is the second Sunday of May, two months after the UAE’s 21 March, so mums in Dubai sometimes get two celebrations. Thanksgiving in November, Valentine’s Day and graduations are popular too. Because of the time difference, the easiest approach is to order a day or two early and pick the exact delivery date.
Gifts Americans love to send to Dubai
- Flowers with a cake, a full celebration in one delivery.
- Red rose bouquets for anniversaries and Valentine’s Day.
- Birthday balloons to add to any gift.
- Luxury chocolates such as Godiva, Lindt and Patchi, delivered across the UAE.
