Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if we need more delivery details. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The payment options available today are shown at checkout, and any delivery charge for your address is shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery
Fresh flowers, cakes and combos that include them are delivered within Dubai only. Chocolates, teddy bears and balloons are delivered across the UAE. Orders placed before 8 PM Dubai time can be delivered the same day in Dubai, and deliveries to other emirates take 1 to 2 days. Full details are on our delivery page.
Please make sure the recipient name, address and phone number are correct. If a delivery cannot be completed because the details were wrong or the recipient could not be reached, we will try to redeliver, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
Fresh products and substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal. Every arrangement is made fresh on the day, so individual stems, shades and wrapping may vary slightly from the photos. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will replace it with one of similar style, colour and equal or greater value.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
You can change or cancel an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. If your gift arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Gift messages
Every order includes a free handwritten gift message. We may decline to write messages that are offensive or unlawful.
Website use
The photos, text and design of this website belong to Gift Al Arab and may not be copied without permission. We work to keep product information and prices accurate, but if an error is found we will contact you before processing the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
