When to send it

Red roses in a black box suit a birthday or Valentine’s Day for a partner who likes bold, modern style. With red, green and white set against black, it also makes a striking gesture for UAE National Day, for a host or a colleague. The box sits neatly on a desk, a console or a dining table.

Perfect for birthdays, Valentine’s Day and UAE National Day. Every order includes a free handwritten gift message.

Card message ideas

Not sure what to write on the card? A few lines that work well:

• “Happy birthday to the one who has my heart.”
• “Be mine, this Valentine’s and every day.”
• “Happy UAE National Day. Proud to celebrate with you.”

Questions

Does the box need water?
Yes, a little. The roses are set in floral foam, so pour a small amount of water onto the foam every day or two to keep them fresh.

Why send this for UAE National Day?
The red roses, green leaves, white baby’s breath and black box echo the four colours of the UAE flag, a thoughtful touch on 2 December.

Care tips

Box arrangements sit in floral foam, so no vase is needed. Add a little water to the foam every day or two and keep the box out of direct sun.
